Yeah, I tried this one after seeing Paula Dean make them on the Food Network...definitely bitter. It might work better to halve the splenda, and use actual sugar too. - 2/9/09

I just made these today and they are OK. I got 15 cookies using a 1 TBSP plastic measuring spoon. The cookies are a little bitter from all the Splenda and very crumbly. They almost fall apart when you touch them. - 12/6/08

Think I would've rather just had the peanut butter, but some people might find this suits their sweet-tooth. - 10/12/08
