Ingredients

    8.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    1.5 lb Beef, round steak
    3.0 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
    1.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tsp goya adobo
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    2.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies

Directions

Boil water for making beef broth if using boullion cubes. Add cubes and dissolve. Cook beef to desired doneness. Add all ingredients to pot and cook on high 10-15 minutes. Serve with cheese if desired.
