Ingredients

    32.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.5 cup Jasmine Rice - white
    3.0 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)
    1.0 cup Coconut milk
    2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime

Directions

In a large skillet cook, peeled, deveined, tail removed shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley and cook until shrimp are done. Add milk, lime, sriracha, and olive oil, stir to combine and simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes. Serve over steamed rice and enjoy. Serving Size: 5
