Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lg egg
    1 lb 93% lean turkey
    2 TBL ground flaxseed
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
    1 TBL olive oil

Directions

Mix it all together except olive oil. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Make into 1 to 1 1/2 inch meat balls (you should have a number you can divide by 5). Place in hot olive oil. Cook over med. heat turning until all sides are brown. Remove from heat. Cool.
This is good accompanied by whole grain pasta.
