Ingredients

2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Cocoa Butter Wafers (7 wafers/Tbsp)
1/2 cup Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1-1/2 cups Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 serving Nutricost MCT Oil Powder (1 svg = 1 scoop/10gm)
2 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
3 tbsp Taster's Choice Instant Coffee, granules
1/2 cup Swerve or your favorite sweetener (to taste)
3 squirts Crush Orange Water Enhancer
Tips
I use miniature peanut butter cup silicone candy molds. This recipe makes 42 with these molds. Adjust your macros if you use different molds that make more or less. It also helps to spray the molds with a cooking spray before filling. Give them about an hour to harden before freezing.
Directions
Melt the cocoa butter wafers in a pan over low heat
Add the coconut oil and cream cheese until softened
Dissolve the instant coffee in the heavy whip and add to the mixture
Add 3 squirts (to taste) of water enhancer and stir
Add the MCT powder, cocoa powder and Swerve
Beat together with a mixer until smooth and creamy
Scoop into the candy molds
Refrigerate until hard
Optional: Freeze in baggies after they harden in the fridge
