Ingredients

    2.0 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Peas and carrots, canned
    6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    1.75 tbsp Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix)
    12.0 oz London Broil
    1.0 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    4.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can

Directions

Cut beef into 1 inch pieces, coat with flour, saute to brown on all sides, chop veggies, add all ingredients to crockpot, cover with approximately 8 cups of water, adjust seasonings to taste. Cook on low to 8 hours. Serving Size: 12 servings
