Introduction

This is a simple recipe, but it's very good, and very moist! Great with a scoop of low-fat vanilla ice cream, or even just a tall glass of skim milk. My kids love it! Made this for a healthy baking class- was everyone's favorite- even more than the full fat chocolate cake. They were all surprised. - 8/24/11

    Very Good
I could not find a can of pumpkin, so I pureed fresh zucchini in the same amount as the 14 oz. can of pumpkin. My teens and I loved it. I will continue to make this healthy chocolate cake. - 6/15/10
