    1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
    1 small tomato, finely chopped
    2 TBS jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    2 TBS dill pickle, finely chopped
    1 TBS capers
    1/2 TBS coursely ground black pepper
    1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 TBS fennel seed
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 pkg (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese


Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve with crackers or toast or use as sandwich spread. May be thinned with a little more sour cream to use as a dip.
