Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix
3/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 container (6 oz) no sugar added, non-fat yogurt (can match to fruit filling)
1 can cherry pie filling
Non-fat Reddiwip if desired for garnish.
Directions
In mixing bowl, beat air into egg substitute. Fold in cake mix and yogurt. Add applesauce a little at a time, to reach desired consistency (make take more or less than a half cup).
Pour into 13 x 9 inch bake pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake according to cake mix package directions, checking mid-way to see how it is progressing.
Cake should be "done" but moist.
Let cool for 10 minutes, poke holes all over the surface and "frost" with the pie filling.
Cut into 15 pieces. Top with Reddiwip (or Cool Whip-not figured in calories.)
This can be made with different flavored cake mix, pie filling, yogurt combos.
I made devil's food/raspberry yogurt/ raspberry pie filling for Christmas- yummy!
