    1 dash Pepper, black

Tips

Apple slices can be substituted for veggies. Can sprinkle ground cinnamon on apples, if desired.

Directions

Wash and dry veggies. Cut into thin slices (1/8" thick) . Place in a single layer between sheets of paper towels. Pat dry. Set aside while oven is preheating to 400. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place slices 1/4" apart in a single layer on parchment paper lined pan. Bake 5 minutes. (If veggies are sliced more than 1/8" thick, increase bake time 7 minutes .) Turn off and leave pan in oven for 15 minutes letting chips continue to bake and curl. Remove from oven.
