Ingredients

1 6 serving pkg. Vannilla Cook and serve Pudding mix
1 4 serving pkg. lemon gelitan mix
1 16 oz. can of sliced peaches (drained , reserve liquid)
Water
1 can (7.5 oz.) refridgerated biscuits
1 T. Splenda
1 t. cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
In a small sauce pan combine pudding and jello mix with reserved peach liquid and enough water to make1 1/3 cups liquid. Mix gently and add peaches. cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat. Pour into a sprayed 8x8 pan.
Cut biscuits into 4 peices each.
Mix Cinnamon and splenda.
Dip biscuit peices into cinnamon mixture and sprinkle evenly over peaches.
Bake 12-15 minutes until biscuits are golden and peaches are bubbly.
