Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Brown Rice Farina
1 tsp Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds
1/3 Tbsp Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

This also works good with flax seeds. The cinnamon helps the cereal taste sweeter, with less sugar needed. This is best if you stir it continually while cooking it.

Directions

Bring to a boil, the water. Add the brown rice farine, chia seeds. nutritional yeast, salt, and cinnamon.
Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for around 8 minutes, stirring continually.
Serve with sugar (if desires) and if you wish serve with your favourite milk. (Regular cow or goat milk, soy milk, almond milk, or cashew milk. All work well.)
