Ingredients

    150 gram(s) Bacon, back smoked
    8 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 bunch Spinach, fresh
    40 grams Cheddar Cheese
    2 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)

Tips

They are filling, I eat them for breakfast with a roll and banana or half an avocado. You can add any spice you want. I like to add black pepper or smoked paprika. No need to add salt. They also freeze well.


Directions

Just mix everything together, pour in a muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes or until starting to be golden brown.
