Ingredients

    8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    36 tsp Imperial Pure Cane Sugar (by GILLIAN1913)
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16 serving Pillsbury Pet-Ritz All Vegetable 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Crust (1/8 crust, 21g) (by HOPIEPOKIE)
    2.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    16 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk)

Directions

Combine softened 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Add i egg and mix well. Spread it on the bottom of a 9 inch deep dish unbaked pastry shell.

Combine 1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp ginger and mix well. Blend in 2 slightly beaten eggs and 1 cup evaporated milk. Carefully pour over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 deg for 65-70 minutes. Cool.
