    6 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 serving Dole Fresh Banana (medium)
    2 tbsp Redi-Whip Whipped Cream

Directions

peel apples or not, place in a pam sprayed baking dish, mix mashed bananas, flour, vanilla and eggs together, spread over apples. bake at 350-375 for one hour. serve warm or cold with a dollop of redi whip,this is a great recipe that can be changed with spices, different fruits and nuts. for a sweeter sharlotka use a little smuckers sugar free breakfast syrup
