Ingredients

    1 Watermelon slice (about 1 inch or 2 cups w/o rind)
    1 T. lemon juice (or to taste)
    1 c. crushed ice/water blend
    splenda or other sweetener if desired
    mint garnish

Directions

Place watermelon cubes, lemon juice and iced water in blender. Mix. Add splenda or mint garnish as desired (I prefer mine tart).

    Very Good
