The Tweaks: whole grain bow pasta (instead of macaroni), added mushrooms, green peppers and extra onions, used only 3/4 milk and added 2 tbsp of fat free cream cheese, cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery , different spices and sprinkled crushed cornflakes on top.
The Result: FANTASTIC! - 7/16/08
