Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    3.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    20.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    9.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper

Directions

Cook onions peppers and garlic in oil. Cook rice. Brown meat. Combine all prepared ingredients. Place in 9"x13" pan. If desired sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven. Serving Size: 1/8 of casserole
