Ingredients

    500 g Uncooked Pasta
    25 ml Olive oil
    100 g chopped unions
    100 g chopped green peppers
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    100 g chopped mushrooms
    500 g chicken breasts without skin
    1 tsp fresh chopped herbs
    a pinch of paprika
    salt & pepper to taste
    200 ml low fat milk
    200 ml water
    1 pkt of cream of mushroom soup (powder)

Directions

1. Cook pasta as usual, drain and keep aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a big sausepan.
3. Saute onions, garlic, green peppers and mushrooms until soft
4. Cut chicken into smal cubes of 1 cm by 1 cm
and fry with mushroom mix.
5. Add salt, pepper, paprika and herbs
6. Mix water, milk and the soup powder, add to the chicken mixture.
7. Simmer for 30 min over low heat and stir regularly.
8. Mix the pasta and chicken and let ist reast for 10 min before dinner.
