    6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    5 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick Pineapple, fresh
    1 fruit without refuse Mangos
    2 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh
    2 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
    1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)

Directions
