Ingredients

    1 1/4 C. Milk
    1/3 C. Oatmeal
    1 1/2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    8 Ice Cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.
