6 cup, cubes Rutabagas
0.5 cup Butter, salted
0.30 cup Lucerne skim milk (by WORDSTAR)
0.5 serving Roasted Garlic-1 Head (by AACKATTACK)
Directions
Slice end off garlic head. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile peel and dice rutabaga. Bring to a boil, simmer until tender, about 40 minutes.
Brown butter in pan over medium heat.
Drain rutabaga, put cooked cubes into food processor. Slip garlic cloves out of skins and add to food processor. Add milk. Puree until smooth. Serve.
