Introduction

My attempt to mimic the Incan Warrior superfood shake from City Press, Chicago (with no banana + cayenne). Because I'm addicted to them and Chicago is a long drive from my house. Ingredients

    1 TBSP Cacao Powder
    1 TBSP Badia Whole Trilogy Health Seeds Flax/Chia/Hemp
    1 TBSP Maca Powder - Raw Organic
    1 TBSP Coconut Oil
    2 Medjool Dates
    1 cup Oatly Oatmilk (or any plant-based milk)
    1 TSP Cinnamon, ground
    Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (Ground) to taste


Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. (I throw in a few ice cubes as well.)
