Ingredients

    4 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
    1/2 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    1/2 cup Pepitas (Pumpkin Seed Kernals)
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a large bowl combine the oats, nuts, seeds and cinnamon. Stir to blend.
3. Pour in the oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well until every oat and nut is lightly coated. Pour into the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake until lightly golden, about 21 to 24 minutes. Stir and level again halfway through and level again.
5. Let coll completely on baking sheet, undisturbed.
6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
