Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground beef, lean
    1/2 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 medium Onion, chopped
    ½ tsp. Garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 can (213 ml) Pizza Sauce – Unico (or use equal amount of ketchup or tomato paste)
    1 can (10 oz.) Mushrooms, drained
    1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Combine beef, milk, crumbs, onions, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Pat into a 9” x 9” pan, or into a pie plate.

Stir pizza sauce, mushrooms and mozza cheese together. Spread over meat. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serves 6.
