Introduction

A not-too-rich cobbler concoction that can serve as a dessert or breakfast! A not-too-rich cobbler concoction that can serve as a dessert or breakfast!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    3 tsp. Country Crock, melted
    8 packs Splenda (4 tsp.)
    3 small peaches, cut into thin slices
    1/2 bag frozen mixed berries
    2 c. almond milk
    1 c. granola

Directions

Spray square baking dish (with lid) with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, mix oatmeal and 6 packs/3 tsp. Splenda. Drizzle melted country crock over oat mixture and stir together. Spread oat mixture evenly in bottom of dish.

Mix peach slices and mixed berries together. Spoon evenly onto oat mixture. Sprinkle remaining 2 packs/1 tsp. over berries. Pour almond milk over berries and oats. Top with granola.

Cover with lid and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

When ready to eat, cut into 16 sections. This is great with ice cream as a dessert or can be eaten with vanilla yogurt as a breakfast item.

    Very Good
    This was very good, but more of a baked oatmeal than a cobbler. I used a granola with chocolate and berries. Very yummy! - 9/7/15
