2.50 cup Rice A Roni Fried Rice
7 cup Asian Medley Birdseye steamfresh vegetables
24 oz Pork Loin Cubed Steaks
1 tsp Ginger, ground
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
0.125 cup Cornstarch
30 tsp packed Brown Sugar
Directions
Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce:
Combine 2 cups water, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger and minced garlic in sauce pan over medium heat; cook about 1min. Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water in small bowl until dissolved. Slowly whisk cornstarch mixture into the sauce pan and cook additional 5-7min until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Marinate the pork cubes in 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce (min 5 hours, but overnight is recommended). When pork is ready, cook the frozen veggies and the rice as per package instructions. Cook marinaded pork in large skillet over medium-high heat (about 6-8min, depending on cube size). Serve cooked pork over rice and veggies, and top with reserved teriyaki sauce (sauce to preference).
