Ingredients

    4 tbsp Countryside Creamery Salted Sweet Cream Butter
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 tsp Garlic
    .1875 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1.5 cup Chef’s Cupboard Fat Free Chicken Broth
    .5 tbsp Pepper, black
    12 oz Sand Bar Raw Shrimp
    8 oz Kroger Chunk Style Crab Select Imitation Crab Meat
    8 oz Countryside Creamery Fat Free Half and Half

Directions

Saute onion, garlic in butter in a dutch oven until tender.. Add flour slowly to make a roux.. slowly add milk, broth until smooth.. Add cut up shrimp to soup and simmer 20 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Add the rest of the ingrediants and simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot
