Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz. ground beef, 93% lean
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    8 cups romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 4 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 8 tbsp
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Tortilla Chips, about 28 chips

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning according to package directions.
I like to serve all the ingredients on the table and have everyone serve themselves by layering 1/4 of each on their plates with the tortilla chips on the side. Green onions are optional

    Incredible!
    So fast and easy. So amazingly and unbelievably delicious for the calories. Instead of lean ground beef, I switched for 4oz of t-bone steak per serving. I also used iceberg lettuce instead. I skipped on the tortilla chips. I added lemon juice to the taco seasoning on the steak (was amazing) - 12/18/11
