DOUGH
3/4 C Flour, unbleached all-purpose
1 T Sugar, granulated
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
WET INGREDIENTS
5 T Milk, Whole
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Butter, Melted in cup
FILLING
1 T Sugar, granulated
2 T Brown Sugar, unpacked
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 T Butter, Melted in cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F & Spray 2 - 4 inch glass bowls with cooking spray.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
3. Melt butter in two separate 1 cup Measures, set aside.
4. Add sugars & cinnamon to one cup - stir - set aside.
5. Combine Wet Ingredients in one cup & Stir into Dry Ingredients -
Heavily flour work surface - Roll dough into 4" x 6" rectangle. Dough will bee sticky so use plenty of flour as you go.
6. Cut dough into 2 pieces - place in greased bowls - Bake 15-18 minutes. Serve warm or cool for later.
Serving Size: 2-4 inch rolls or 4 muffin tin rolls
