Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Curry powder
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    8.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    6.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    4.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    1.0 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
    1.0 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio
    4.0 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins)

Directions

Sauteed onions in a little oil until soft. Shred zucchini. Peel and core apple. Add everything to pot. Let it cook down until cauliflower (I used frozen riced cauliflower) is soft. Puree with hand blender. Salt to taste. Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings
