Ingredients

    1/2 cup firm tofu, mashed or crumbled
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)
    1 tbsp tamari
    1/8 cup parsley, minced
    1 very small onion, minced
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 cup flour (for coating)
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together the tofu, 1/4 cup flour, tahini, tamari, parsley, onions, mustard, and pepper. Place 1/4 cup flour into a small plate and roll 1/2 tbsp tofu mixture into a ball and coat with flour. In a frying pan on medium heat, fry tofu balls in oil until browned all over. Makes approx. 8-10 tofu balls.
