Yummy! Yummy!
Number of Servings: 6

1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1 cup Cottage Cheese, fat free
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1/2 cup Onion (raw), chopped
    1 clove Garlic
    .75 cup reduced-fat Cheddar, shredded
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    .25 cup Water, tap
.75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes

(Can substitute Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust for the Bisquick.)

Crowd pleaser.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet, brown the turkey, onions and garlic.

Meanwhile, combine the baking mix and water in a small bowl (or use Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust). With a rolling pin, roll the dough flat enough to cover a pie pan or quiche dish. Place the dough in the pie pan.

To the meat mixture, add the Worcestershire sauce.

In a medium bowl, mix the cottage cheese and egg.

Pour the turkey mixture into pie pan.
Top with the cottage cheese mixture and the cheese.
Lay tomatoes on top of cheese layer.

Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Bon appetite!
