    5 oz. fresh cod fish
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning
    pinch of salt
    lemon juice

First wash the fish with a lemon juice and water mixture. Then you can season the fish with the lemon pepper and the salt. Next put the season fish in a shallow pan with a little water and let the fish simmer until cooked. Only turn the fish one time as it is a very delicate and flaky fish.

Tasted good and was fast and easy. Even the husband liked it!

The more that I fix this, the more I love it. We've had it a few times now. It is so easy, and since it is poached, so healthy. I am thinking that I could do it with other things besides lemon pepper...maybe some Cajun spice. Yumm
