Introduction

Quick, easy, and tasty! I use white wheat flour and unsalted butter. You can also prepare it in 8 oven safe ramekins on a foil lined baking sheet, for a neat presentation. Quick, easy, and tasty! Ingredients

    2 cups Fresh Blackberries
    1/2 T Lemon Juice
    1/8 c Egg Substitute
    1/2 c granulated Sugar
    1/2 c all purpose Flour
    3 T Butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place blackberries in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together egg substitute, sugar, and flour in a medium bowl until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over fruit. Drizzle melted butter over topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Let stand 10 min. Serve warm.

    i made a similar recipe but mine contained so many more calories, don't really know how that happened. But I'll have to try this one to get a tasty low cal cobbler - 8/4/08
