Ingredients

    0.33 Jalapeno Peppers
    1 tbsp Shallot
    1 clove Garlic
1 large Cucumber, peeled and sliced
    0.5 cup cilantro
    1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 cup YQ (Yoplait) Protein Yogurt
    0.25 cup Sour Cream
    0.75 tsp salt
    0.25 tsp white pepper
    1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Garnish Options (not included in nutritional information):
    finely diced cucumber
    finely diced shallot
    chives
    cilantro
    lime zest
    micro greens
    edible flowers

Tips

as pictured, mine is garnished with a thin slice of shallot, a sprig of cilantro, and anise hyssop flower

in case you should be tempted to add more jalapeno...don't! this soup has lovely subtle flavors and 0.33 of a jalapeno is perfect. anything more would become overpowering.

Directions

place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors marry.

serve chilled with garnishes
