Ingredients

    1 rutabega
    1 celery root
    3 stalks celery
    3 carrot
    1 head cabbage
    1 baking potato
    1 sweet potato
    2 parsnips
    1 onion
    3-4 cloves garlic
    2.5 C water
    12.5 C vegetable broth
    1 TBL sea salt
    1 TBL black pepper
    2 tsp sage


Directions

1. Cube all tubers, shred cabbage, bring broth to a boil
2. Add vegetables and spices, reduce heat to medium, simmer for 45 minutes.
Makes a HUGE portion.
