Ingredients

    5 serving Jalapeno, Fresh
    12 tbsp Organic Agave Five Sweetener by Madhava
    2 oz Ritual Gin Alternative
    8 oz Lucy’s Family Owned Lime Juice
    8 oz Water

Tips

Start to prepare the Jalapeno Infused "Spice Mix" at least 3 days in advance if you can. If not you can muddle some slices and Ritual Gin Alternative in the glass as you are preparing.


Directions

***Make your jalapeno spice mix about 3 days earlier (or you can muddle the jalapenos sliced in rounds in the bottom of a cup with 1 oz of gin alternative).

Here's the infused jalapeno spice mix recipe:
24 oz mason jar or other GLASS container with lid
5 jalapenos
8 oz (approx) Ritual Gin Alternative

Slice 4-5 Jalapenos lengthwise into quarters and fill mason jar with them. Fill jar to lid with Ritual Gin.

Refrigerate for 3 days. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets. You will only use 2 oz in the mixer. Keep remaining Spice Mix in the refrigerator for the next batch or to add spice to other cocktails.

Once you have made your spice mix, you will simply mix all ingredients in a 32 oz container to use as a mixer. (remember to only add 2 oz of Spice Mix to the batch).

In a 12- oz cocktail glass combine 4 oz of mixer with 4 oz of club soda. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
