Ingredients

    1.0 package (18.50 oz) Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type
    3.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap

Directions

Heat oven according to instructions on cake mix. Bake time according to instructions on cake mix. Mash bananas with a fork. Add eggs to bananas and mix thoroughly. Add molasses and combine. Add cake mix and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Spray muffin tins with bakers spray or use cupcake liners. Fill each muffin tin half to 2/3 full. Drop a few chocolate chips on each muffin (or blueberries, raisins, etc.) Oven temperature & bake time are determined by the directions on the cake mix.
