Ingredients

    2 cup cooked tomato
    1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.75 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned
    .25 large Onions, raw
    .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Saute onion and mushrooms with garlic. I precooked fresh tomato and removed skins. Pour the cooked tomato into the pan with sauteed mix. Cook for 30 minutes on low. Add pumpkin heat through. Serve over rice or pasta.
