Great, easy recipe. Great, easy recipe.
Number of Servings: 9


    1.5 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can chickpeas
    1 large can Organic Crushed Tomatoes
    5 radishes
    1 T chopped garlic
    1 T Olive Oil
    Cumin, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Pepper to taste.


Skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, chopped radishes and garlic. Saute until soft. Add turkey and cook until almost browned. Add crushed tomatoes and seasoning. Stir. Add both cans of beans (rinse first) and season the beans as desired. Stir. Let simmer for 30 minutes or longer. I added a touch of "Bone Sucking" BBQ sauce. Grab bowl, spoon, eat!

Serving = 1 Cup
