Ingredients

    16 serving Bread- Pepperidge Farm Swirl Cinnamon Raisin (1 slice)
    16 serving Bread - Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread
    16 tbsp chia seeds
    20 oz Kroger Lowfat Eggnog (by LIFEBECKONS)
    1 serving Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup
    .5 cup Half and Half Cream
    8 serving JUMBO EGGS, FRESH (1 egg- 63g)

Directions

Spray a 9x12 casserole dish with baking spray. Layer all of the bread (1 loaf each) in the casserole. Beat eggs in a large bow, and mix in all remaining ingredients. Pour eggnog/egg mixture over the bread. Shake a little cinnamon on top if you like. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 for at least 50 minutes. Check and if eggnog mixture is not set, keep cooking, checking every 10 minutes until cooked through. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting with a spatula into 12 servings.
