Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups Ripe Red Tomatoes
    1 Cup Onion (red or white or combo of both)
    8 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
    3 Jalapeno Peppers (2 if you prefer less hot)
    1 Clove of Garlic or a tsp of garlic salt
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Dice Fresh Tomatoes and onions mix together add garlic and salt & pepper mix well then cut fresh jalapenos removing seeds. Mix in jalapeno pieces and shred fresh cilantro by hand and mix in. chill in fridge for about 30 and serve with chicken or tortillas. YUM!

    This was good. I like it kinda hot, but I wimped out on the peppers. Only used 3/4 of one and added no salt of any kind. - 1/18/08

    I used 1 serrano chile, 1 large anaheim green chile and 2 small jalapenos and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.SO fresh and oh so tasty! =) - 9/29/09
