Introduction

Mixed vegetable salad base. I use this as a base for different salads. I add shredded cheese, taco meat, or chicken, turkey, etc., and dressing of your choosing. Ingredients

    3 floweret Cauliflower, raw
    1 cup Brocolli raw
    1 small Onions, raw
    0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    2 oz Carrots - Bolthouse Farms - Baby Cut Carrots - Raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw

Directions

Not cooked. I use my food processor and pulse to the desired consistency. I prefer smaller pieces, so I pulse it 3 or 4 times. Store in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: 1-2 cups
