Ingredients

    8 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    2 serving Del Monte Mandarin Oranges no sugar added snack cups (by CRAFTYLADYMEL)
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
    1.5 cup KRAFT Natural Shredded Swiss Cheese
    2 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    2 tbsp Cole slaw dressing, T. Marzetti light (by FRIESFOX5)

Tips

Add shredded cabbage, slivered carrots, pineapple, grapes, to taste. Can use different nutes.


Directions

Chop up ingredients. Mix Miracle Whip, Marzetti, and 1 Tbsp. juice from mandarin oranges. Place chopped ingredients in large bowl. Add swiss cheese and cashews. Drizzle salad dressing over the top. Mix well to coat.

Serving Size: Makes four 1.5-cup servings
