Ingredients

    1/2 lb of chicken finely cut
    add: 2 1/2 cups water
    chop and add in order
    2 medium carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    add:
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 Tablespoon curry powder
    Blend together and add:
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/3 cup milk
    2 Tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick and glossy. Stir frequently. Serve over rice, noodles, or biscuits.
