Ingredients

    1 small whole wheat pita
    .5 can chunk light tuna in water
    1 oz. 2% cheddar cheese shredded
    .5 avocado
    2 tbsp non fat yogurt (or sour cream) - optional
    2 Tbsp Salsa (optional)
    Lettuce

Directions

Split Pita, fill with tuna and cheese, bake in toaster oven at 350 about 5 minutes or until cheese melted. Put on plate with lettuce top with avocado, yogurt and salsa. Enjoy!

    Incredible!
    that was so good. i was out of ideas for tuna dishes that were easy to make for lunch. and oh my goodness i never thought of salsa with tuna... which is silly cuz i grew up on salsa being half mexican. haha.
