Easy, simple Apple Muffins Easy, simple Apple Muffins
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 TBSP milk
    2 tsp vinegar
    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal ground in the blender
    .5 cup Flour, white
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 TBSP packed Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mash banana and combine with applesauce. add 2 Tbsp milk. Combine dry ingredients.
Mix together.
Divide into 8 muffin cups and bake at 350.
