Introduction

A yummy rhubarb-strawberry soup. A yummy rhubarb-strawberry soup.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups of diced rhubarbs
    3 cups of water
    1 TBS of vanilla extract
    1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup of sugar

Directions

Cut rhubarbs into 1/2" slices
Boil water, rhubarbs, sugar and vanilla extract for 20 minutes
Place half of soup into blender add strawberries
Blend
Place remaining soup into blender
Blend

Let cool and enjoy.

Also freezes well.
