    Burger Mix:
    - 1 lbs ground chicken
    - 1 T lite soy sauce
    - 2 cloves garlic
    - 1 onion
    - 1 t ginger
    - 1 t cumin
    - 1 t basil
    - 1 t red pepper flakes
    - 1 tsp sugar
    - 1 cup cabbage mix*
    - 1 cup bean sprouts*

    Peanut Sauce:
    - 1/4 cup coconut milk
    - 1 garlic clove
    - 3 T peanut butter
    - 2 T Chinese hot sauce (or any hot sauce)

*equally distribute the cabbage mix and the sprouts on the burger when done cooking.

Heat outdoor grill to medium-high or indoor grill to 325 degrees F.

Peanut sauce: Place coconut milk in saucepan and bring to a near boil (but not boiling). Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until well blended.

Mix chicken, soy sauce, garlic, onion, sugar, cumin, pepper flakes, basil, and ginger in a bowl. Shape into 6 patties. Grill burgers approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pierced. Place each burger on a whole wheat bun* with cabbage and bean sprouts. Spread peanut sauce on the bun and serve.

- Extra tasty with a nice salad and an Asian inspired dressing for a side.

*Whole wheat buns are not added into calorie count.
